This EP’s release date has been set with a purpose and intention, linking to ancient druid St. Brigid’s Day which celebrates feminine strength, creativity, and resilience. This day also signifies the sense of renewal as it marks the start of spring as Imbolc. It is no secret that Youth, the labels founder, is an honoured and long practicing Druid. Inspired by futuristic anime such as ‘ Galaxy Express 999 ‘ ‘ AKIRA ‘ and Sci-Fi films inc. ‘ Blade Runner ‘, she aimed to design the sound scapes that evoke the atmosphere of an imaginary Japanese space station platform, with announcement by her to telling passengers to go to the ‘ Gate 33 ‘ for the departure to the unknown.

Steve Hillage’s space floating guitar enhance the Bali’s mythical atmosphere and tropical bliss. This remix pays homage to 90s Psy-chill, with psychedelic synth refrains and arpeggios layered together, adding further depth to the soundscape.
