Copenhagen ( Denmark ) based Electronica indie label Tender Production released Cozi’s first self-produced album CD ‘ Super Cozy ‘ in the end of 1999. Album contained 10 diverse tunes ranged from Bossa-Lounge to Goa-Trance influenced 4/4, spacy Drum’n Bass, Asian chill and cosmic pop. All tunes were produced in her tiny flat in Nishiazabu / Tokyo between 1996-1999, with Vision software on early Mac, Akai CD sampler, Yamaha Sound module and Novation Super Bass Station.
Soon after the release, opening tune of album ‘ Vital Walk 2012 ‘ became No.1 on the Collage Radio chart in Copenhagen. So label owner Tobby invited her to visit city and booked legendary live house LOPPEN for live gig on 8th April, also a Techno gig at Stengate club on 6th. LOPPEN was located in the heart of Christiania – Infamous international community & commune zone with organic shops, Yoga and art center, and daily cannabis market. Prior the packed gig, Cozi given interviews to collage radio and local culture free paper MILK.
Cozi delivered one hour Electronica live set using DAT tapes, Synth, Super Bass Station, Zo-san mini guitar, few percussion, and a mic connecting to various effects.
During her trip, She also met an Italian photographer Leonard in club who offered free photo session for her. Session was carried out few days later on the rooftop in the city.
She visited city again in 2001, few month after her son Ashanti’s birth for the second tour.
