Le lieu SUSHI TEVY est un restaurant de sushi semi-extérieur, situé juste à côté de la vieille ville Son événement sera donc Sushi et world beat, psydub, afrobass et plus encore…. J’ai hâte d’y être et je ne peux pas attendre !!

Very excited to announce that for the first time, I am organising an event on annual the Fête de La Musique, Nice’s big annual ‘music day’, 21st June ! Every year on this day, whole of Nice will be transformed into an instant festival venue, with sound systems popping up all over the city, in bars, restaurants and on the streets. Bit like Notting Hill Carnival I can safely say as ex.resident in that area.
Large stages will be set up by local city authorities and from the afternoon until after midnight, people roam around dancing to all kinds of music.
As Nice has a large immigrant community, The festival is full of world vibes, including house, techno, Latin, African, reggae and Arabic music
I’m looking forward to organising my first event on this famous Nice day ♫ The featured DJs are all good friends I’ve made since moving to Nice Inc. Mr Hat I’ve been threw few events with lately, then MIKA POTE who did trumpet and scat on my EP ‘ Soleil Bohemia ‘ which both are Nice boys and Daryl Jones from Venue SUSHI TEVY is the semi-outdoor sushi restaurant , located just near the old town So my event will be Sushi and world beat, psydub, afrobass and more… I’m looking forward to it & Can’t wait !!

ニースで毎年開催される大きな『音楽の日』Fête de La Musique （２０２３年は６月２１日に開催）で初めてのイベントを主催する事になりました
この日はニースの町中が即席のフェスティバル会場に変貌し、サウンドシステムがバーやレストランや路上などそこら中に出現します。大きなステージも地元行政府の協賛でセットアップされ、午後から真夜中過ぎまで人々は色んな音楽で踊りながら徘徊します。移民が多いいニースだけあって、ハウスやテクノの他、ラテン、アフリカン、レゲエ、アラビック系などワールド・バイブ満載の祝日なんです
上にある写真は昨年撮影したものですが、とにかくハッピーな笑顔がそこら中で見れる、ニースで私が一番好きなフェスデーなのです。
そんなニース名物の日に初めて自分主催のイベントをオーガナイズするので超楽しみです♫
会場となるのは、旧市街すぐそばで、半野外スシ・レストランのSUSHI TEVYです。
フューチャーするDJ陣も4/4にこだわらない、私がニースに越してから出来た良き友人ばかり
最近よくイベントを一緒にやってる最高にフリースタイルなドバイ帰りのMr Hat、 私のEP『ソレイル・ボヘミア』でトランペットとスキャットやってくれたMIKA POTE というニースっ子勢
と、米国からニースに移住して活動しているダリル・ジョーンズ
も参戦！
お寿司とワールドビート、サイダブ、アフロベース… 絶対楽しいに決まってる。
