Cozi went to 2 month long DJ tour to Australia between 1999 Dec to 2000 Feb. It was the first visit to the country and she was touring with few DJ friends – Tsuyoshi Suzuki ( Matsuri Records / UK ), Nick Taylor ( Edge-core Release / Byron-Bay ) and Kent ( DJ Bam Bam ) – ‘ The Pudding boys’.

Boys took her to the garden party of Andrew Till’s house in Melbourne on the Christmas night. Andrew Till was running Psy-Harmonics Records – The very first Psychedelic-Trance / Electronic music independent label in Australia ( Original founder is Ollie Olsen ), and they introduced her to Gus Till, Andrew’s older brother whom lives in London and came back for Christmas holiday. Gus was one of the key Psy-Trance producer of growing UK Psy-Trance scene and releasing many tracks from leading labels such as Flying Rhino, T.I.P, Twisted, Dragonfly. They immediately found many common interests not only music but also books and arts, and similar history which both of them played in punk & new wave band in their youth. Then slowly the alchemy between them took the place. After the new year, They meet again in Byron Bay and soon after the relationship began. They continued travel together from Byron Bay to Sydney, then Melbourne. After started exchanging musical ideas, they performed first experimental / improvisation live set together at Earthcore & Equinox Festival in Melbourne on Feb 25th 2000. Till was on the Korg synth and the basic tracks while Cozi played mini metallic Electric guitar Zo-san, Synth, and bit of singing and poetry reading. They were encouraged by crowd’s positive reaction, and it led them to form Zen Lemonade in UK 3 month later.
First live set with Gus Till at Earth Core Festival ( 2000, Feb 5th ) – 3 month before they formed Zen Lemonade in London.
