‘ Islander ‘ is Balearic Chillout groove from Ibiza Based Japanese producer Hideyo Blackmoon, also the 2nd leading single from a downtempo compilation ‘ Chillpresso 3 ‘ ( OUT ON MAY 25th 2022 ).
The crystal blue ocean-like soundscape is an early summer gift from a well-traveled total eclipse chaser. The soundscape combines the openness typical of Ibiza with elements of house and the healing power of the ambient DJ, who has played in the chill-out areas of many festivals from Zambia to Oregon and the Altai Mountains. Final Mix was done by Italian duo veterans in the Ibiza scene, Etnica’s Maurizio Bogotti in their Sound Farm Studio Ibiza, and mastered by label’s trusted man Hermetech Mastering, pushing the clearness and openness of the tune to the next level.
Coupling is a slightly darker Chillstep Remix by her old time friend and Hypo Espresso Records founder Supercozi.
Also music video, which will be released on Space Shower Music Japan YouTube at 5pm Japan time today, is full of rare island life footage shot in Ibiza by the artist herself.

‘ Chillpresso is Supercozi’s musical world-travelogue, tripping through time, space and all fixed concepts. With influences from the legendary Goa-trance scene of the 80’s and 90’s in the background, The project has been weaving sounds from Indonesia where even the gods dances, and in recent years It was destined to continue to deliver the finest Chillscapes from the new base in Nice, South of France.
It is like Hemingway’s ‘ Mobile Feas t’ or Welbeck’s ‘ The Possibility of an Island ‘, Easily capturing the heart of people whom embodies a spirit of forever travellers or nomads.
The first leading single from the compilation was the rare collaboration between 2 legends in the scene – Benji Vaughn and Gus Till. This superb match proved label head Supercozi’s sold skill as a producer / complier, and was a fantastic surprise for old and new fans alike.
The second leading single ‘ Islander ‘ is a new work by HIDEYO BLACKMOON, an artist who first met Supercozi in Tokyo in the 1990’s, Then 2 paths crossed many times around the world, and is currently based on the island of IBIZA. The soundscape emerges from the chaos and the madness we are facing currently like a natural spring of love, and this Image of paradise guided by goddesses seems to be the something the world needs to be healed.
Coupling remix by Supercozi, which adds the power to the song and sublimates it into a female-empowering action in the electronic music scene, and we can only hope that good momentum will carry it into the summer of 2022 ‘

DJ, songwriter, producer and author based in Shibuya, Tokyo. Presides over the music brand OIRAN MUSIC, and has been DJing since around 2000, focusing on Balearic and chill-out music, and is currently a regular radio DJ with two shows a week on blockfm, bayfm and other radio stations.

Hideyo Blackmoon is Ibiza / Spain based Japanese producer / DJ / Singer. She was a key figure of the development of Tokyo Underground Ambient scene in late 90’s.
She rose to the very popular Chillout / Ambient DJ status in Japanese Festival scene in mid-late 90’s, then In 1999, She transformed an abandoned underground bar in Nishiazabu to a now-legendary ambient club ‘ Bullet’s ‘ where quickly became an cultural salon like hub for international travelers and Japanese who loves Ambient and Psychill music. There, She hosted and supported countless experimental Ambient & Psychill events of Tokyo based producers / labels including Dakini Records by Makyo, and Hypo Espresso Records founder Supercozi.
She was also an original member of Legendary club Ageha Tokyo as a resident Dj & booker for alternative/ downtempo/ chill out area.
Since 2000, She had been travelling the world chasing total eclipse of the sun, from a Festival in Zambia ( Africa ), Altai Mountains ( Siberia ), to Cairns ( Australia ), Oregon ( U.S.A ) playing her signature deep ambient DJ set for thousands of Chillout loving audience.
She also hosted ‘ Dance Meditation ‘ series events in Japanese Buddhist temple – aimed to cultivate people’s well-being through the dance – Which pioneering ‘ Ecstatic Dance ‘ movement that is now very popular in global scale.
Since 2011, she lives in Ibiza / Spain where she released self-titled debut album from Ibiza’s Chillout icon Lenny Ibizarre’s label, followed by few more collaboration albums with various producers and musicians.
Currently she is busy to produce new album that combining ambient and Balearic house grooves.

夏の訪れを告げる、イビザ島発バレアリック・チルアウトグルーブ。
青く澄んだ地中海のように癒しと高揚感を内包する音世界へ。
「アイランダー」はスペインのイビザ島を拠点に活動する日本人プロデューサー、ヒデヨ・ブラックムーンによるバレアリックなチルアウト・グルーヴだ。また５月２５日発売のコンピレーション「Chillpresso3」先行シングル第２弾でもある。
クリスタルブルーの海のようなサウンドスケープは、旅慣れた皆既日食チェイサーからの初夏の贈り物だ。
イビザらしい開放感とハウスの要素が融合し、またアンビエントDJとしてザンビアからオレゴン、アルタイ山脈まで多くのフェスティバルのチルアウト・エリアでプレイしてきた彼女らしいヒーリングのパワーも感じる音世界。ファイナルミックスはイビサ・シーンではベテランのイタリア人デュオ、EtnicaのMaurizio Bogottiが彼らのSound Farm Studio Ibizaで担当、またHermetech Masteringがマスタリングを行い曲の透明感をネクストレベルへと押し上げた。カップリングとして旧友であり、レーベル創設者であるSupercoziによる少しダークなChillstep Remixが収録されている。
また日本時間午後５時にスペースシャワーYouTubeで公開される、アーティスト自身がイビザ島で撮影したレアなアイランドライフ映像が満載のミュージック・ビデオもまさに初夏にピッタリで見逃せない内容となっている。

東京渋谷を拠点に活動するDJ / 選曲家 / プロデューサー / 作家。ミュージック・ブランド「OIRAN MUSIC」主宰。2000年頃よりバレアリックやチルアウトを軸としたDJを続けながら、現在はラジオDJとしてblockfmやbayfmなどで週二本のレギュラー番組を担当中。音楽プロデューサーとしては2020年リリースのオープンワールドRPG「CYBERPUNK 2077」に参加するなど、時代と自身の成熟に寄り添った融通無碍な活動を心がけている。

ヒデヨ・ブラックムーンはスペインのイビサ島を拠点に活動する日本人プロデューサー、DJ、シンガーだ。また90年代後半の東京アンダーグラウンドにおけるアンビエント音楽シーン発展にも多大な貢献を果たしたアーティストである。
９０年代中期から末にかけての日本のフェスティバル・シーンにおけるアンビエントDJの先駆けとして、多数のビッグフェスティバルでプレイ。そして1999年春、西麻布にあった廃墟のようなバーを空間プロデュースしてアンビエント音楽に特化した 「Bullet’s」に改装再生し、アンビエントやサイチル音楽を愛する外国人トラベラーや日本人クラウドの知的な文化サロン的拠点となる。
このブレッツでは関東在住の国内外チルアウト・プロデューサーやレーベル、DJ陣による無数の実験的アンビエント＆サイチル・イベントを精力的に主催、サポートした。その中には現在世界中にコアなファンを持つ日本在住米国人アーティストMakyo主宰のダキニ・レコードのレギュラー・イベント「ダキニ・ナイト」や現在は南仏在住の日本人アーティストでハイポエスプレッソ主宰のSupercoziが不定期に開催していた「ミューテーション・ラウンジ」を含む。
また、伝説のクラブAgeha Tokyoのオリジナルメンバーとして、オルタナティブ/ダウンテンポ/チルアウトエリアのレジデントDJ＆ブッキングを担当した。
2000年以降、ザンビア（アフリカ）、アルタイ山脈（シベリア）からケアンズ（オーストラリア）、オレゴン（アメリカ）など皆既日食を追いかけて世界中のフェスティバルを旅し、時には何千人もの聴衆に向けて彼女のトレードマークとも言える深く瞑想的なアンビエントDJセットをプレイしてきた。
また、日本の仏教寺院でダンスを通して人々がウェルビーイングを自己開拓できるようにデザインされた 「ダンス・メディテーション」シリーズ・イベントを開催。これは今日、世界的なムーブメントとなった「エクスタティック・ダンス」の先駆けとも言えよう。
お一人様トラベラーとして10年以上も世界を自由に旅したあと、2011年よりスペイン・イビサ島に定住し現在に至る。
イビサ島のチルアウトシーンの最重要DJの一人 レニー・イビザール主宰のレーベルよりデビューアルバムを2009年にリリースしたほか、国内外のアーティストと複数のコラボレーション・アルバムをリリースしている。
現在はアンビエントとバレアリックハウスを融合させた新しいアルバムの制作に取りかかっている。
